Description
Hospice West Parry Sound is a visiting hospice dedicated to the enhancement of quality of life for all those affected by a life-limiting illness. We strive to be leaders in the development and provision of innovative and exemplary palliative and bereavement programs and services in partnership with other community stakeholders.
Hospice West Parry Sound (HWPS) is a visiting hospice that provides physical, psychological, social, and practical support to people living with a life-threatening illness, their loved ones, and the bereaved in the District of West Parry Sound.
Our services are free of charge and include a volunteer visiting program, professional counseling, caregiver respite, community education, and bereavement programming.
