Saltos Gymnastics

The Optimist Saltos Gymnastics Club of Parry Sound is a non-profit organization offering kindergym, recreational and competitive gymnastics to children of all ages! Our goal is to encourage fun and fitness through gymnastics!

Gymnastics helps build strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and motor control. Most of all, it's tons of fun!!!
