Authentic Italian Cuisine

Being of Italian decent, my cuisine of choice is pizza. I mean, who doesn't like pizza? I want my clients to fully enjoy a savoury experience when they have one of my pizzas. I started experimenting with different types of flours and different family recipes about 2 years ago. I studied at the School of Italian Pizza, located in Toronto, and flew to Italy and travelled across the country to investigate what makes Italian pizza so unique in flavour and texture. “My intent is to create an authentic traditional experience for my clients.
